Customer service was poor: it was very difficult to arrange an appointment and the staff were not friendly, but they did an excellent job in a timely fashion.

Not all salt stains were removed from carpeting. Should have been personally advised of this.

The guy who did the job for me was very nice, despite the fact he was overbooked. He did the work for me, as I did have a small child with me and my time was somewhat limited.
