This rust-proofing stained my car for 2 years and did not protect my car from rust. You are better off going to krown rust control.

Don't mislead your customers by up-selling them. I did not get treated with respect.

Do not schedule appointments for coupon holders two months from the time they phoned you.

Bad service and not a reliable undercoating done. Not impressed with the customer service, they didn't seem like they cared at all and were 35 minutes late with no apologies for the appoinentment.

Schedule appointments properly so people are not kept waiting for an hour at 9:00 a.m. Improve your customer service.

The worst oil spray job I've ever had! They got grease all over the outside of the car and all the windows. Even after an expensive car wash it will not cone off. Absolutely dreadful experience and a rude clue t service person to boot. Zero out of ten.

Detail any additional costs with customers before the work is done. Otherwise, don't expect payment. If you have an 8am appointment, dint wait until 9am to put the car in the bay. I won't be back and neither will my friends and family who are also now disappointed in your code of conduct. There are many garages that do the same work you do; we'll be going elsewhere for all of our work.
