felt satisfied with the service this time. the engine warning light was on before the oil change. after the oil change the light was off. I am happy with this change. and the service manager is nice and clearly told you what they checked and what the results were. so all the things let you feel that they focus on the service more than thinking about how to make more money from it. and definitely this is a good strategy to let them make more money as a result since the customers may return to them to ask for their service in the future.

By accident, I met Kevin personally, and he is a very good businessman. I then met Matt who took over and treated me very well. He explained everything they were doing in great detail and left no stone unturned. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will be going back

Seemed to be very polite and efficient. However, took several weeks to get an appointment! Not good if you need service immediately or within a short period for a car.
