Funky decor and it had all of the basics with all of the frozen yogurt shops that are popping up all over the city lately. A smile would have been appreciated by all of us.

Very good yogurt, excellent service and very clean and bright store.

Their desserts are amazing. Lots of varieties of Froyo (Frozen Yogurt) which is a real treat since I'm from NYC. The macaroons are simply the best tasting treat I've probably ever had not only that but the store,staff, and service are all amazing. Will continue to go on a regular basis and to spread the word.

Seemed quite expensive even with the coupons.

Way too expensive. Went on Friday Jan 31 @ around 7:30 and they were closed even though the food court was packed. I'll stick with Kiwi Kraze from now on.

No problem redeeming the coupon - but the server was not particularly helpful, they had no napkins (and I had little kids there for frozen yogurt), had not refreshed the fruit toppings when they were empty - overall would patronize Kiwi Kraze instead since I have tried both.

Bad service and not enough selection

Yoghurt is very watery and the product is pricey. Your Q&A site said we could use all five coupons at one time, but we were not allowed to do this.

Prices are too high and you are quite often out of the flavors offered. I would recommend offering smaller cup sizes as filling the current size less than half full costs almost $8. That's ridiculous and what I would call price gouging.
