When I called to book my appointment the woman who answered the phone was rather abrupt and rude, so my initial impression of the spa wasn't that great. However, my impression changed as soon as I showed up for my appointment -- everyone seemed friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. :)

Excellent service. Sarah was extremely patient and when asked a question, not only did she answer it in a thorough manner, she also then checked to ensure she had answered your question and that you were satisfied with the response.
