Food was good, not great...prices are reasonable...but service was exceptional

We ordered chicken wings It was more batter than chicken!

Very slow with getting an order in and then you have to wait forever to get the bill. Half the time the waitress isn't sure what the specials are. However I have no complaints with the food as their wings are up there with the best in Ottawa.

Not crazy about the food. The burger was gristley and the bun was dry.

Service was slow, brought the wrong meal, another waitress fixed the problem. She never brought condiments to table. I had to wave down another staff member after 5-10 minutes of waiting with hamburger open for someone to see.

Great for drinks and convenience while watching/waiting for ice times or team gatherings. Food is generally just OK and overpriced (except with a voucher). My order wasn't very fresh (stale bun, some rotting salad greens, missing ingredients).
