The day was clear and calm and the birthday present I had given to my brother for his 80th birthday looked like it was going to be a winner. He helped the crew with filling the balloon with air and the grin on his face was reward enough. The pilot and crew were so friendly and helpful and gave us lots of safety info and then a wonderful talk during the hour in the air. An absolutely wonderful experience to know that if you are healthy and mobile you don’t have to give up on the wonderful experiences in life. All 3 of us were over 76. Loved the balloon ride, amazing how much I could see. The customer service was awesome and so was the pilot and his assistance. A experience worth doing.

Everyone that went had a great time. The staff was courteous and friendly. They encouraged all onboard to participate.
