Simple, easy, in and out under 10 minutes! (incl. creating customer profile)

Our wine tasted like a chemical, they washed out bottles so we are not sure if the taste is the wine or the bottles maybe not well rinsed in their machines. We had ordered another batch but as soon as we tasted this one we called and canceled it.

Not a good taste to the wine.

Not too impressed with organization. Owner took all of my details and promised to call when the wine was ready. I never received a call. When I finally called back, several weeks later, he advised that his computer had crashed and that he had lost my contact information. Not sure how one can leave your business vulnerable like that. When I booked the bottling appointment, apparently he double-booked the appointment so that when we showed up, he told us we could not proceed and had to wait until the other appointment was completed. Having said that, he did help us bottle when we did get started and gave us free labels and boxes.

Not very helpful or friendly. Will finish with our wine but not go back again. Not very impressed!
