Depending on who you talk to, you either can or can't upgrade a car wash (for $3ish) to the Tsunami Splash wash. It used to be that any time you bought a carwash from them, you could upgrade it later for a small fee - in fact their staff would even ask if you wanted to. Now, it seems arbitrary...sometimes you can, other times they claim you can't so management or someone is a little inconsistent, at least at the Overland Park location.
Also, the new, computerized payment system is VERY temperamental. At least 2 people ahead of me had to have carwash staff come assist with the menu/payment process. I also had trouble, scanning a simple barcode caused the screen to show "Out of Service" for a couple of minutes before it rebooted and then seemed to work OK. That was a bit frustrating since there were several cars behind me in line. Aside from these issues though, the service is very good and my Jeep always comes out sparkling clean.

Just scan the barcode that appears on the app. I thought I had to type in the voucher number.

They don't do the interior unless you pay extra. Kind of misleading.
