My appointment was right on time. Dr. Bates was very nice and the massage was excellent.

I personally requested Dr. Bates and scheduling was quite simple. Dr. Bates is awesome. She listened to my problems, professionally assessed and she knows what she is doing. I’m at Awe on her level of expertise. She assured and within the first visit, I have noticed huge difference in my pain and functional ability level. I could sit more time without shooting pain. Hoping to feel much better!!!

The staff are very kind and understanding. Dr Gradwohl takes my pain seriously. I haven't had my massage yet but I'm looking forward to it.
