The salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He recommended products but was not pushy. He left us alone to discuss our options. Would highly recommend the Independence store!!

Super friendly. Great mattress! We ended up having a small issue after we bought our mattress set this past weekend. It was for our two year olds convertable crib. Turned out it has the wooden slats to form a platform so we did not need the box springs. We called the store and were first told they didn't know and we would have to talk to sales person the next day. We had a phonecall 15 minutes before the store opened the next morning. The answer was, no problem, bring back the box springs. So happy with the Customer service! We will be buying another mattress in about 2 years, and will definately be returning to Sleepone mattress.
