Don't expect nice chit-chat. She doesn't say anything other than to talk about your haircut/color. But she does a wonderful job with color matching and I love this cut.

I paid for the full highlights and she had me down and did the partial highlights but she said she did more than half anyway. Just make sure you tell her if you paid for the full highlights.

Call for directions, it's a little difficult to find

Plan ahead. She is a very busy lady (for good reason, she did a fantastic job)! I will definitely be going back to see her for all my future hair needs!

Jena is awesome. When you make an appt be sure to get directions as to where her studio is inside the salon. There is no reception area.
