We were told it would be a two hour cleaning in 5 sessions. They sent one woman who couldn't even clean thoroughly one floor of a town house. We have had many cleaning companies come before...some take hours to clean and some have taken less than 2 hours to clean our entire home better than the one woman did a single floor. Of course those companies didn't send only one person...it was a crew. I guess with a coupon "2 hours" really means a single person who will only work the allotted time at their own pace, not give you at least the guarantee of cleaning one floor entirely. I don't know...seems like goods not exactly as advertised...had it been a "crew" I think it would be different.
