About Yellow Rose Yoga

Instructors at Yellow Rose Yoga lead a variety of classes ranging from gentle and meditative to challenging. During the gentle yoga classes, instructors slowly work to increase students' range of motion and their strength with modified poses and postures. The vinyasa yoga class, however, challenges students with flowing poses and the upper bodywork strengthening sun salutations.
