Was abrupt, did not use base coat, tried to get me to upgrade to solar nails. Talked negatively about other customers. Griped about how much she got on the deal.

She does a very good job and she is talented and very knowledgable and will educate you on taking care of your nails However, to me, she was very unprofessional She cussed, and constantly talked about herself and telling me how good she is I felt like she was dishonest when half way through my manicure she told me that what I was having done was extra I had no idea it would be extra because I thought maybe it was included in the deal She then told me to pay now before she finished So I took out my credit card Then she told she doesn't take credit cards because her machine broke and told me to go to the bank My mother in law was with me and she let me borrow money Then Michelle took the money and finished her job I felt like that was dishonest She should have told me upfront that it was extra and not part of the deal n
