About The Melting Spot

No one actually melts at The Melting Spot, but they might feel more elastic. The yoga studio can reach temperatures of up to 95 degrees, which allow muscles to move into deeper stretches during class. The Melting Spot's signature style is Vinyasa flow, which consists of fluid pose sequences and breathing exercises. However, instructors also teach hatha, yin, and gentle yoga, as well as flow classes designed specifically for beginners. Some of the classes make use of the heat, whereas others—including Mini Me kids' yoga—stay at a balmy 75 degrees.

Aside from yoga The Melting Spot also has a spa section, complete with an infrared sauna and a menu of relaxing services ranging from massage to microdermabrasion.
