More than 20 years ago, in her native Macau, Goretti Ngao Fong’s cousins purchased the family an upright piano. Within a few months Goretti attended her first lesson, and has been expertly tickling the ivories ever since. A veteran of many master classes and recitals, she now teaches piano to budding students of all ages at her eponymous studio. She focuses each private lesson on learning the instrument’s fundamentals, from playing scales to performing entire sonatas with your nose.
