First - the receptionist was very polite, kind and competent. The waiting area very pleasant. I had a facial with Cristin this past weekend (Jan 2012) and it was the very best I have ever had - seriously ! I have already made another appointment with her for next month. The facial room was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Cristin was very professional, the facial was extremely thorough and she consults with you as to what your speficic needs are. I would highly recommend Cristin and Giovanni's.

60 minutes of heaven!! The salon is beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed my facial. Chris is awesome.

Great salon very friendly and warm atmosphere. Oscar and Jen are great additions to the Chagrin Area!
