What happened to the free cookies and apples that were formerly available in the lobby? They were a nice touch at the end of a long day.

I would not recommend their restaurant, CK Steakhouse. It was serverly understaffed. You had to go find someone to seat you and then wait quite a while for someone to come and take your order. My husband and I went one night just for dessert, and we had to wait 1/2 and finally complain before we were served. We saw many people get up and leave their tables because no one came to help them. We also saw people leave after waiting for a long time to be seated. The food was good, and the help were trying their best, but the experience was very bad.

Thank you. We were well received and welcomed on our arrival. Our stay was memorable. We hope to be able to return again, perhaps for a slightly longer stay.
