Besides making clients happy, what do you like most about your job?

I try to tailor every visit to each specific client and their individual goals and needs. The challenge of ensuring that happens is one of the things I love most [about my job].

What's the most common beauty mistake you see people make? What would you recommend they do instead?

Using the wrong products. Even if you spend $10 on product instead of $50, there are products that will suite your skin type better than others. Feel free to ask for recommendations.

How did you get started in the beauty industry? Did you have an "ah-ha" moment in life?

I fell in love with makeup at a young age while watching my mother and sisters put it on themselves. I did makeup professionally for several years, noticing that too many women would put on makeup to cover up what they considered "problem spots" areas instead of using it to enhance their natural beauty. My "ah-ha" moment was realizing that I could help with the "problem spot" areas and allow women (and men) to feel amazing without feeling like they need to cover anything up.
