Fitbella's exclusive weight-loss sessions begin with 30 minutes in a FitCapsule, a specially designed, heated enclosure. A trainer guides clients through movements to limber up muscles and stimulate metabolism. The workout session is followed by a relaxing 20 minutes in the FitBath. This steam bath soothes muscles and gently moisturizes skin.

Throughout the one-on-one treatment, personal fitness counselors share weight-loss pointers, such as tips for healthy eating and the best method for subduing an aggressive refrigerator.
