I met Ritchie on the first visit. She was great. I purchased an additional service of Vinyl to my appointment. Very happy. Second visit, I added and paid for hair cut. Very pleased with cut! On the third visit, I added and paid for the vinyl service. Richie is very talented.

Although the haircut came out okay, what I didn’t like at all was the endless questions from Richie before the haircut began. I almost walked out. Ok to ask about what I wanted to have my hair cut that day but went on and on. What kind of conditioner and shampoo, how many times a week, what other types of products blah blah blah. I wasn’t there for an interrogation or education class about hair

I bought a pack of blow dries. They do not know how to do a professional dry. They tugged and ripped my hair. The excuse I got was they cut hair and don't specialize in blow dries. They shouldn't offer services that they cant provide.

I went to have my roots dyed. When I got home I realized he missed a lot of grey on the left side of my head. I was on vacation. Now I have to go home and have it dyed again after I oaid $79. There was joy time to go back because I was returning back to Ohio
