Doesn't return calls for inquires and has such an abrupt tone of voice on message service that it should scare you away from having this office even grooming your pet.

Not that great / or experienced as, she thinks she is. Needs more Training & Experience. She is very nice but, on her Website her Boyfriend & other Friends / Family provided the wonderful Ratings, go figure 😕
