Eloise was our yoga instructor on my first date out of ten. She was super friendly and welcoming to everyone. All of us who attended were first timers to her class and she was patient, explained the poses in detail, and shared so much with us about other classes and events at the Karuna Center. Tgis was a great experience.

Terrific collection of Sivananda trained teachers who offer 9 AM classes T TH SAT SUN each week. Nice long term group of yoga students who are very welcoming to newbies. Eloise is reputed to be a great teacher of flow yoga.

Great instruction, Sivananda style four 9 AM mornings a week, friendly group of a dozen regulars, some emphasis on breathing. Nice space.
