About Environmental Volunteers

Environmental Volunteers promote the understanding of and responsibility for the environment through hands-on science education. The organization inspires a love of nature in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties through school programs, summer camps, and our EcoCenter in the Palo Alto Baylands Nature Preserve. Since 1972, the Environmental Volunteers has trained volunteers to deliver high-quality hands-on science and nature learning to kids and people of all ages. The organization's summer camps weave lessons into games and adventures.
