This was the best massage and facial experience I've had an a very long time, maybe ever. The room was nice and bright, which was a pleasant surprise given that the spa is located very conveniently near California Avenue in Palo Alto. Nina was responsive to my requests about the right amount of pressure, and the facial was so relaxing and fantastic. I had been in an existential funk for the past couple of weeks, but upon leaving NMD Spa I found myself wondering if this service had essentially cured my mood altogether. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.

Where do I even begin? Nina was absolutely incredible. From her soothing voice and exceptional customer service to the beautiful ambiance of her spa, everything was top-notch. I came in for a waxing service, and she made the entire experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I’ve officially found my wax lady and I’ll definitely be coming back!
