I’ve been attending the classes about 3-4 times a week. I’ve lost 1 pound in 2 weeks. I recommend starting with K1 it is a HIIT workout. You will get tired unless you have some crazy endurance/stamina level. Similar to insanity workouts, almost. One of my favorite instructors does the K2 classes which does require gloves but they have first time lender gloves as well. Highly recommend.
