The cut was decent...I wanted more layers and told her that I wanted deep layers. I received some - not quite enough. Wasn't bad haircut. The thing that got me were my bangs. She completely hacked my bangs! I needed her to fix them. Other salons have done an amazing job. She spritzed them so they were half dry and half wet and didn't even stand in front of me but to the side and trimmed sort of cockeyed. I looked in the mirror and had her fix it once. Then I was done. The first thing people see is your face/front of your hair. I was so upset when I got home. Bangs 101 needs to be retaught.
