They admitted they were "out of their league" in cleaning ducts in my custom Regency home. I'm glad they put forth that information and let them clean the drier duct (which was done well).

I was a little disappointed that I had to pay $80 more for what I thought I was getting but the two guys that came out were very professional and courteous. They did a great job.
