I was not sure what to expect for my first time . The place is beautiful , clean , smells amazing . I competed a form and then was explained the cleanse. The hydrotherapy process was about an hour. After you complete the cleanse, there is vibration therapy . Once that was complete you decompress in the sauna . They offer you towels and water . I will be returning such a great experience.
