They did an excellent job and were very quick about it.

They did a great job cleaning my gutters. The tech was very nice, he cleaned up afterwards. Stewart Enterprises was easy to do business with!

They didn't allow us to schedule a day for their gutter cleaning, so they just showed up one weekend. It's cool if you NEVER have events at your home...

I made an appointment with Stewart Enterprises for a gutter cleaning. I stated that I wanted to be home when the work was done, so I made the appointment for a day when I would be home. The workers came prior to my scheduled appointment, when I wasn't home, and left paperwork in my door. I called the office and asked why the workers came on a different date without notifying me. I was told that the owner would get back to me. I never heard from him---even though he was the person that I made the appointment with. I thought the least he could have done was to apologize. I will never recommend or do business again with Stewart Enterprises, after seeing what little regard they have for some of their customers.

The first time we used them, there was no mention of the steepness of our roof and no additional charges. Assuming same company would equal same deal, we purchased again only to be slapped with additional fees. Furthermore, we requested the promised pictures of our gutters and never received them. Finally, I'm not confident they did anything the second time around since we experienced large amounts of water gushing over and out of our gutters within a few weeks of the "cleaning" when it wasn't even fall!

The scheduling time was too long. They wait until they have enough business in your area to schedule you. It took over 3 weeks to receive service; although I had to pay in advance. Granted there were holidays & some rain, but there were also very nice (75+ degree) weather days. The company was supposed to "try" to notify you the day before service; but I received an email the day of. The email stated what they were not going to do (flush with water due to the time of the year). Weather was 45 degrees. Leaves were left in the corners of the front of the house. The receptionist when scheduling you talks very condescendingly to you as you ask questions about service & how their business works.

Never ever consider this company

Extra fees added up very quickly, and we ended up paying more than our neighbors paid using other companies The way they schedule is also strange, getting all your info when you schedule and giving an open-ended 2 week window when the work will be completed We did not have to be home, but they ended up cleaning our neighbors gutters by accident They did not charge them, and came and did ours, but I would not use them again

Without an appointment, 2 men showed up to clean my gutters; they were here less than half an hour. While the gutter on the back of my house no longer looks like a waterfall where the downspout was clogged, I now see the rain pouring over the side of the gutter. I don't have a ladder long enough to actually see if the gutter has, in fact, been cleaned, but it sure looks suspicious.

I had to follow up twice to get then to come out - left a message once with no call back and only got them to come out and do the job after pushing. Job completed with receipt left but have no idea if they really did anything
