The studio is very disciplined which I live. You really can get into a meditative state and have focus. It I s very clean and the instructors are great.

Great experience - I'm glad to find a studio near me that offers traditional Bikram Yoga! I'm a beginner to Bikram but was able to follow along thanks to the very clear instruction from Dana. Looking forward to going back tomorrow!

It was my first time. I needed to step out and the instructor exited the class to briefly to check up on me. Participants appear very understanding of nubies. I was here about 5 years ago as well and the 1 out of the 3 times I attended I also had to step out, and my treatment by the classmates and instructor was also very good. If this is a concern for you I hope this review alleviates it. I'd recommend Cedar Knolls.
