Very prompt, excellent service! We used it for a concert and it was so nice not dealing with L.A traffic or being stuck in a parking lot for an hour! Our driver Aris (probably spelled that wrong) was awesome! Would definitely use them again!

Zoro was a Great driver! Extremely accommodating and made sure we were hooked up throughout the night Patient when we wanted to check out spots that weren't on the initial plan and made sure we had access to wifi and knew how to use all the controls in the limo Had us hooked up with a lot of different drink options in the car and glassware provided It was well worth the price for a night out celebrating with friends All my questions were answered by customer service before the night of the reservation Good experience all-around We will be using G&A again!

Make sure if you are doing anything that takes you going up the 405 north after 1 am that the driver knows how to get back.

Great experience with G & A limo service. I was a bit skeptical after reading a couple of the reviews, but I took the chance anyway. I rented a limo for a friend's birthday party, and timing is key when multiple destinations are involved. Our driver showed up early and gave me a call to let me know he was there. The limo was stocked and cleaned. No problems there. Any place we stopped for the night, our driver was no more than 5 minutes away, which is pretty good, for L.A. traffic. The gratuity at the end of the night caught me off guard, but it is what it is. Based on my experience with G&A limo, I would use again and recommend to friends.

They were very easy to work with, I had to change my reservation and they were able to accomodate the change. Very nice driver and dispatcher. The limo was very nice. I would recommend their service.
