Gina Rocks! She made me feel at ease while having a brazillian. I'm a sucker for brand names so since this was an Aveeda salon, I thought, why not? I was lost in Pasadena and was a couple (more like 10) minutes late. Staff was super nice and understanding for my stupid bout with lateness. I'm going back to schedule other stuff there as well.

They were amazing! I went in on new year's eve for a brazilian wax and I was greeted with a complimentary glass of my favorite wine and the service was just as excellent all the way through. I look forward to going back for a facial and a hair cut next week! This place was recently renovated and is awesome!

Please hire a new person to do waxing. She was un-hygenic, rude and not gentle enough!
