Not quite what I expected . I was not informed what would be done as far as working on my face, i.e. cleansing, putting on a mask, exfoliating. Only after asking I was told.

Good service! Beware they will try to add additional services for a fee. Also, mandatory $8 fee if you need to soak shellac before the mani.
