Waited 40 mins before being serviced, even with an appointment! Partial highlights was only 6 small pieces of hair. Dying the whole head 1 color would cost us $120! The hair wash was quick & cold. The haircut was fast & batched! Wanted side bangs but she thought it would look bad. Worse haircut than she walked in with! Good thing my mom used to be a hair stylist! Customer service was not a concern
