the instructors are great! They were very patient and could read my kids in just 15 minutes which is a plus in my book, my kids are very excited to be going and I couldn’t be more happier! I definitely highly recommend it!

I would recommend this class to anyone, I'm lazy when it comes to working out but i love the staff and the motivating that comes with it! I lost 4 pounds my first week.
