The transfer of videos to DVDs was completed in a timely fashion (only a week!). I received a phone call to confirm I wanted two copies, the cost of each and when to pick-up my DVDs.

The videos are great, very quick delivery and reasonable pricing. I have enjoyed the movies of my children when they were babies. Will use them again

Its not really an appointment to meet with anybody. Just a phone call so they can explain how to drop off tapes. That disappointed me - a little less personal than I had hoped. But friendly to work with on the phone and via email.

Collect all items you think may be used as VHS, even though it may seem to be more. The tapes hold varying amounts. Hover Video did a good quick job, much appreciated.

Hover Video Productions has a very "user-friendly" drop off/pick up system and the "turn-around time" to get the DVDs back was great. I had my DVDs back within about a week!
