The facility it quaint and very bare knuckles gym-like. It has a boxing ring, weight bench, two or three cycles, a mat for cardio, and adequate bags for MMA and Crossfit training. The staff is small with the trainer knowledgeable, proficient, professional, and quite friendly. The workout for me worked up a considerable amount of sweat and elevation of heart rate which is what I wanted. If you are seeking frilly and pretty, this is not the place.
