I like that the employees don't follow you around the whole time you are shopping , they ask if they can help you and then they just let you look and occasionaly check and ask if you need any help.

Delivery is pricey. Need more products in store or catologue internet pictures and discription availabiity.

1. Sales people need to know their products and prices better, 2. computer system in store does not allow listing and preview of ALL children's furniture( missed two styles and accidently ran across them by viewing the general public website), and 3. self pickup at warehouse needs to fully inform of your demanding return policy before furniture leaves store. (ie.,the storage drawers of bed had a wood defect on the side but exchange could not occur on the same day without picture e-mailed to office, a 48 hour review of picture, and notice given to customer that exchange can be made (Told husband to check all 5 peices of bed next time - even if warehouse employees do not want to unbox and rebox the items ).
