My experience was great! Teenie works at the front desk she is sweet and greets every one by name. Aleana, assisted with my laser lipo sessions and she is very professional and kind. She made me feel at ease. I feel like the employees at this facility truly care about their patients/clients. I did see some great results after my sessions were over. Highly recommend.

They didn't do anything on the very first day just have conversation and state you need to do 7 day detox before starting. I just wish I could have known before starting. The staff was very nice.

Leave WAAAAY early, especially if traveling a distance. Also, if your directions tell you to turn onto Boradway, but you can't find it, then be aware that FM 512 turns INTO Broadway. I was NOT given that information.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The sessions were great. The only suggestion would be to put the vibrational machine in a separate room as it was a bit odd to do the session in a big open room with other staff and patrons around.

Front desk rep &med asst. were nice. I bought a lipo laser pkg w/b12 shots, was measured on 1st day & then nothing. No attention was given to what inches i lost if any. My pkg included two section & both were done at the same time but each section is to be done individually at different times. No results seen, no one cared about my outcome. Would not recommend at all. Was a waste of money.
