Great welcome - explained the deal and allowed me an upgrade to oil blend. nice waiting room - bottled water available for free and a clean bathroom. Only took about 10-minutes from check in to check out. Not busy at all on a Saturday afternoon which surprised me!! RIGHT next door to Waffle House where you can get 10% off your meal with the oil change!! Great way to spend a Saturday!!

Great customer service as usual way better than ANY quick oil change place in Jax! Almost no employees turn over in the 3 yrs I have been going and it's a nice personal experience. Never any hidden costs or high pressure extras or add ons. 100% recomend this location

Great service and Brian was extremely friendly and helpful. He recommended we get new tires and a fan belt but wasn’t pushy. Will definitely be back to get those done in the future.

Great experience. Very professional and kind staff. They don't try to sell you other services that you did not come in for but may make recommendations. Always a great experience at Express Oil Change. I highly recommend their services.
