Staff was very accommodating and answered my questions prior and during the procedure.

I had the Deep Pore Facial and it is by far one of the best facials I've ever had. My only comment would be that they need to seriously consider changing the procedure chairs. When you're lying in your back for more than half an hour it is very important to be comfortable and I would say this negatively impacted the nice and relaxing feeling of the facial. If they decide to change the chairs I would definitely make this my go-to place for facials. Also, the staff is amazing!
