The owner was super nice and did a wonderful job on my dogs. She was friendly and kind. She had the dogs ready faster than most salons.

I may have read the terms wrong. But I thought I was getting two FULL groomings. When I arrived I found out it was extra if she had to use the clippers and shave down my dog. It was just for a scissor cut. They did a good job and the place was clean. I just felt like I didn't get what I thought I had paid for. If I didn't already have a good groomer closer to me I might have gone back to them.

It was very difficult to get a response from the owners. Several messages were left for a return call and they explained in their message, they had a medical emergency but they did not call. Was finally able to reach them during the day when they answered the phone instead of allowing voicemail to answer.
