Nikki was SPECTACULAR!! She went above and beyond compared to stylists I've gone to in the past. Getting my hair done is sometimes nerve wrecking, especially when its with a new stylist, but she talked me through what she was doing every step of the way. She's an incredible stylist, very sweet, and she completely won me over as a regular, with the head and neck massage during shampoo and the conditioning treatment. I score her 11 out of 10!!

Nikki was very conscious of trying to achieve the effect I was looking for. She was informative and diligent. It's obvious that customer satisfaction and proficiency in her craft are very important to her. I was very pleased.
