If what you see on the buffet is not to your liking let the chef know, he will make it fresh right away. I got all the fresh sushi I wanted and miso soup made fresh in a few minutes!

I would recommend this restaurant, but would not go back - from the name of the restaurant, I was not under the impression that it was a buffet restaurant, and I do not particularly like buffets. The sushi was surprisingly fresh and delicious, but I would have preferred to order exactly the rolls that I like rather than picking from the selection.
