Friendly, efficient and on time which was great. My only concern was that the syringes of Botox were prepared in advance and laid out on the tray. I know it is always recommended that you visit facilities that prepare the syringe while you are in the room so that you can see if it is diluted or not. I guess I will know over the next 2 weeks, if the area has more mobility than it should after the number of units I got. Other than that, it was a good experience.
