About Potent Health by Amber

When health coach Amber looks at a dinner plate, she sees an opportunity. Not an opportunity to cut out beloved foods, but rather to incorporate a healthy balance of foods from every group. At Potent Health by Amber, she draws on her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied more than a 100 dietary theories, or about as many as it takes to make Thanksgiving dinner for a family of picky eaters. She brings that copious to knowledge to her customized diet plans, which are made to fit each client's unique lifestyle with tasty combinations of veggies, fruits, whole grains, proteins, and fats and oils.
