Great lady! A la carte cuts. She doesn't make you get a shampoo if you don't want one, and better she doesn't charge you for it.

Royal Salon is going to be a favorite by many women! The ambiance is nice and very personalized service. Rita is highly-skilled and is genuinely there for the purpose of giving you an affordable yet attractive haircut! :)

I gave the voucher to my sons Dad, since I was working and could not be there to accompany him. Big mistake! The stylist asked my son what he wanted and my son told her a haircut and highlights. She knew that it was a voucher for a haircut and did not disclose to his father that there would be an extra cost or tell him how much and ask for his consent first. She just did it and then surprised his father with a bill of $70 for the service. Dad's don't know these things and you should always make sure when it comes to a minor that the parent is okay with a service and it's cost. Stupid. Not to mention, I could have done a better job at the highlights with a $10 box job from Walmart. That was his Dad's electric bill money. He is unemployed and facing eviction. That's why I bought him a voucher, as a gift.

After my cut, Rita explained that styling would be an additional $15, so I opted out. Once my cut and dry was complete she stated that the shampoo was $5. If she had told me prior to the shampoo, I would have declined. I was disappointed that the cost was not disclosed prior to completing the service.
