I am an absolute BEGINNER at yoga and had NO idea that a place like this existed anywhere in the area. It's About Movement takes the time with beginners to instruct how to get into the poses and they offer alternative movements if you are unable to do the "norm." I have a severed PCL in my knee and they have shown me better ways to get into the poses without doing further damage to my knee. The atmosphere is ULTRA relaxing and the ladies instructing your classes are very patient and kind. But this place is not just for beginners such as myself, they also cater to "seasoned" yogi's as well :) They offer a WHOLE lot more than just the yoga classes too. I recommend It's About Movement 100%

I would suggest closing business before someone is hurt seriously. I would suggest instructor quit teaching and just learn from other qualified instructors in the area, of which there are many. I have taken yoga classes and in depth workshops over the past 4-5 years from numerous instructors. This was by far the absolutely worst instruction and class I have ever encountered. She is dangerous!
